Description
"A Very Queer Ballet: TRANScendence" is a contemporary dance work by AVQB that explores gender, time, and queer existence. The show is written, choreographed, directed, and performed by students and dancers from across Bellingham. This project is dedicated to every trans and genderqueer person who has struggled to find their place in dance communities. Dance should be a place of boundless self-expression, not hostility and discrimination.
