Description

Join us at Ushaw to explore synodality, a process of “walking together” as the Church, the People of God. The Pope has called a Synod of the Church, during which we are invited to

  • Join together
  • Talk about our experiences of the Church today
  • Listen to the thoughts and views of others
  • Discern where the Spirit is leading us

During October, Synod meetings are taking place in Rome. On Wednesday 1st November, Ushaw will be hosting its own synodal conversation following the guidance given for those meeting in Rome in October.

We would love you to join us for this free event to find out more about the Synod, to experience synodal conversations, and to explore how we can develop synodality in our local church.

As our workshop will be taking place on All Saints Day, the programme for the day will include Mass.

Lunch can be bought in Welby’s Café, or bring a packed lunch.
