Join us for an intimate house-style concert featuring Abigayle Oakley, with Alexa Wilhelm opening, at Depot Hill Creative, the beautiful community art space in Stoughton’s newly renovated historic train depot.
This is a ticketed event with only 50 seats available. Free tickets can be reserved online.
Optional donations of any amount ($20 per ticket or more recommended) can be made at the event, with 100% of donations going to the artists.

Abigayle Oakley grew up in Las Vegas, which perhaps makes it unsurprising that she bet on herself and moved to Nashville for college and to pursue singing and songwriting. Her self-described “existential indie folk” songs are as much playful as they are insightful. A winner of the Kerrville Folk Festival New Folk competition, she was a contestant on the most recent season of NBC’s The Voice; and in 2025 she appeared at the Dripping Springs Songwiters Festival in Texas, where I heard her for the first time. Abigayle just released her latest EP, This Side of the Sun, which is available on the usual steaming platforms and YouTube. (I’ve got bragging rights, because I got a pre-release CD in Dripping Springs!)
Alexa Wilhelm is a Milwaukee native who made Madison her home base after graduating from the Berklee College of Music in Boston. I first heard one of Alexa’s songs as part of a short film I was screening for the Green Bay Film Festival, and I had to find out who was behind it! Her videos on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok feature her beautiful warm and rich voice and show off the wide range of her musical talent as a songwriter, lyricist, pianist, acoustic guitarist, arranger, and producer in musical styles ranging from singer-songwriter storytelling to jazz and funk. I’m excited she’s bringing her experience performing at local businesses, wineries, and coffee shops across southern Wisconsin right here to Stoughton.
