- Access during all regular public hours

- Animal encounters are not included and must be booked separately
- Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Valid for one person only
- Passholder must upload a photo for identification
- Season Pass must be presented at entry (digital or printed)
- Special events, private events, or ticketed programs may be excluded unless otherwise stated
