Activate: Reiki, Meditation & Movement w/ Thema Haida

Location: Whitneyville Cultural Commons | 1253 Whitney Avenue, Hamden, CT 

Join Thema Haida, for a time of joyful rest and relaxation. We will ground and balance our energies, while tapping into the cozy nature of the Winter Season. This group session includes meditation, low impact/ accessible movement, and Reiki. This program will take place in-person. A light brunch & Mocktails, curated by J.infuse, will be provided afterwards. 

Space is Very Limited.

 

Who's this for?

This event is for, all people who would like to experience stress relieving practices, in a community setting.All levels of experience are welcomed. Participants must be 18 years or older to attend. 

Space is limited.  (No infants or toddlers please)

 

What Should I Bring? 

Please Bring A Yoga Mat, a Towel and/or Blanket
