Tickets to visit the Raptor Trail can be purchased online or onsite. The approximately 3/4 mile trail is self-guided and features over twenty bird species. Guests can explore at their own pace and are welcome to take photos. Guests are not required to arrive immediately at the start of their ticketing session. From 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM ticketing, the gift shop, and restrooms are closed. Guests who are admitted prior to 12:30 PM are welcome to continue to explore the Raptor Trail between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM. The Raptor Trail closes at 4:00 PM and guests are encouraged to arrive by 3:00 PM to ensure time to explore.
Tickets are non-refundable but may be rescheduled. Tickets must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance or are forfeited. To reschedule your tickets, please send your order number, name, date and time of the session you would like to reschedule your tickets for to Lkennedy@carolinaraptorcenter.org.
The Raptor Trail is Open Daily March - October and Wednesday - Sunday November - February:
Morning Session: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Closed for Lunch & Cleaning: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
Afternoon Session: 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM
