Whether you're a seasoned dancer or new to ballet, this class offers a supportive and engaging environment to develop your skills. Each session includes barre work, center exercises, and across-the-floor combinations, focusing on alignment, flexibility, and musicality.

About the Instructor: Nicole is a graduate from San Francisco State University with a degree in Dance Science and Choreography and has performed with various groups in the Bay Area. When she's not teaching or dancing she enjoys spending time with her family and all the desert has to offer.
