Description
Looking to swim laps for fitness or improve your stroke technique? Swim Lessons Hawaii Masters Swimming Club is the place for you, where all adults ages 18 and up are welcome to join, regardless of their swimming level.
Our program provides a supportive, team-like environment where swimmers can train together. Each practice is tailored to meet the needs of the swimmers present, with coaches who have experience working with swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Participants will gain a variety of skills, from the basics of putting on a swim cap and reading a practice board, to dry land training and advanced aerobic conditioning sets to enhance technique and endurance. Our coaches lead practices with the individual goals of each swimmer in mind.
Who can join?
- Students must be of at least 18 years of age.
- US Masters Swimming (USMS) membership is required.
- Students should be comfortable with deep water entrance as well as ability to float on the front and back.

How to join?
The Day Pass option will give the student access to one training session. Student can select any number of training days. Click "Buy Day Pass".
The Monthly Pass option will give the student access all training sessions in the month. The price per lesson is discounted. Click the link "Enroll August".
