Advance is a two-day, in-person event hosted by James Shaw. Day One moves from mindset into strategy. We start with who you need to become to reach your goals and how to handle the stress that comes with a market-dependent income, then turn that into a working plan. We create a goal built from your lifestyle, figure out what it takes to get there, and create a business that fits you and your life.
Day Two is about the community. Agents from Pivot SHIFT Ahead and The Inspire Collective take the stage to teach the specific strategies working in their businesses. These aren't polished stage presentations. They're what people who run businesses like yours have tested and can show results for.
