If you’re mentally fit, you can handle life’s great challenges without mental stress or other negative emotions. 

The PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient) measures the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage, i.e. serving you) versus the negative (Saboteur – sabotaging you). 

 

Positive Intelligence is therefore an indication of the control you have over your own mind and how well your mind acts in your best interest.

 

Saboteurs react to challenges in ways that generate negative emotions such as stress, disappointment, self-doubt, regret, anger, shame, guilt, or worry.

 

Your Sage handles challenges through positive emotions like empathy, gratitude, curiosity, creativity, self-confidence, and calm, clear-headed, laser-focused action. 
 

Research with 500,000 participants has shown PQ to be the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential.
