Together, we’ll dive deeper into the five classic mother sauces, Béchamel, Velouté, Espagnole, Tomate, and Hollandaise, exploring advanced techniques, flavor development, and modern applications.
Our instructors will guide you step by step, offering tips for perfecting textures, balancing flavors, and transforming these foundational sauces into exquisite, restaurant-quality creations. You’ll also learn how to craft derivative sauces, allowing you to customize and elevate any dish with confidence.
By the end of class, you’ll leave with the skills, knowledge, and inspiration to master these essential sauces in your own kitchen, impressing family and friends with your culinary expertise. Experience Options
- Premium Experience: Arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, seltzer, soft drink or themed cocktail/mocktail. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also, spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
