Amanda Lynch has performed extensively through Australia and Asia in traditional circuses and the corporate world. In her own words: I’ve performed in Europe and in North America. I’m hooked on Swinging Trapeze but if I can’t get to my swinging trapeze, I love to climb! Tissu, corde lisse, the walls…! I’ll climb it all. I recently spent 4 years in North America, a year of which I was assistant Head Trainer of Sailor Circus in Florida (America’s oldest circus school) as well as directing their highly successful show “Greatest Little Show on Earth” on the National Mall at Washington DC for the Smithsonian Folk Life Festival. The other 3 years I spent in Montreal, learning French so that I could attend the world’s foremost circus school, École Nationale de Cirque. Here I completed the Professional Coachs’ Program, specialized in Aerial Silks, Corde Lisse (Aerial Rope) and Duo Trapeze. Learning both the latest technical information and opening up new creative pathways.
I love teaching circus because I believe in it as an accessible to all discipline. I believe in the connection between sport - art - theatre - fitness. I believe that it teaches women and young people that they are strong physically and mentally. And, most of all, it’s FUN!

- Comfortable clothes that don't restrict movement or regular active wear.
- Longer tights are best for basing on the trapeze
