Join Ashanté for a fun, upbeat dance fitness class. Afro-Fit is an excellent cardio fusion class that combines Afrocentric movement with full body exercises- moving to some of the hottest Afrobeat hits. Class is open to all!

We are located 2 blocks from Columbia Heights Metro Station. Street Parking is available in the area, or you can also park at DC USA parking garage at 3100 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20010 which is about 5 minutes of a walk to DIW.
