Imagine having an entire poppy field to yourself. Now imagine in the middle of the sea of poppies, is a fully catered afternoon tea. This is a one-of-a-kind experience with very limited availability.
Everyone needs to purchase a ticket prior to arriving at the farm.
Afternoon Tea - Picnic in the Poppies ticket: The cost will be $65+tax per person. Each person will receive a custom handcrafted afternoon tea lunch. It includes two half sandwiches, pasta salad, a scone with cream and jam, a dessert, tea, a mini bottle of sparkling cider, and a bottle of water. (We cannot accommodate any special requests for food allergies.)
This is a private event. You and your party will have the poppy field to yourselves for an hour and half. We will have a Bluetooth speaker for you to use, an umbrella to hopefully provide you some shade, and a selfie stick for pictures.
The minimum number of people per time slot is 2 with a max of 8.
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are unable to attend, please reach out. If we are able to rebook your time slot to someone else, then we can offer a refund minus any fees. This will be on a case by case basis, so please do not expect a refund.
If we determine there is inclement weather affecting your picnic, you will be provided the afternoon tea lunch to enjoy at home as well as a 50% refund minus any processing fees. The afternoon tea boxes have to be pre-ordered a week in advance, so we can not refund those.
*We are scheduling these dates based on the current status of the poppy field. Based on the growth and bloom rate of the poppies from the last two years, we’re estimating the best weekends will be 6/7, 6/8, 6/14, 6/15, 6/21, and 6/22.. That being said, this is our best guess. We have no control over Mother Nature and can’t control the number of blooms at any given time. Be sure you’re aware of our cancellation and/or rebooking policy.*
