3:00pm - Camp Fun!
Canoeing, zipline, games, crafts, singalong, & hikes. Light refreshments and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. Cold, adult beverages provided by The Mason Jar will be available for purchase.
5:00pm - Mix & Mingle
Enjoy delicious appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages with camp friends. Cold, adult beverages provided by The Mason Jar will be available for purchase.
5:30pm - Dinner & Gratitude
7:00 - Campfire
Stick around for a classic Agapé campfire with music & s’mores
Seating is limited. RSVP by September 25th!!
*When you RSVP, you will be prompted to respond to a few questions for each person who will attend with you (e.g. name, activities attending, dietary restrictions, and Camp Agapé affiliation...if any).
Additional details
- Upon arrival: Please proceed to the Woodlands Center. Drive through the front gate, down the gravel road, and it will be the large two-story building on your right.
- Event Conditions: This event will take place rain or shine, but certain activities may be limited or unavailable in the event of inclement weather.
- Age Appropriateness: Attendees of all ages are welcome. Children age 17 and under require adult supervision. This event is suitable for all age groups; however, certain activities like zipline have weight restrictions (80 - 250 lbs).
- Consent to Photography and Videography: By attending this event, you consent to being photographed and videotaped. You waive any rights to claims for payment or royalties concerning any use of these visual materials by Agapé + Kure Beach Ministries or its affiliates.
- Use of Visual Materials: Agapé + Kure Beach Ministries and its affiliates may use photographs and videos from the event for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without any compensation to attendees.
- Assumption of Risk: Ticket holders voluntarily participate in events and activities hosted by Agapé + Kure Beach Ministries. When participating in an event or activity hosted by Agapé + Kure Beach Ministries, the ticket holder acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks of said event or activity.
