On Wednesday, November 8th, AIR will host its Annual Membership Meeting from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM in the Tillman Dining Room at A-B Tech. During the Culture Panel, we will discuss strategies for retaining employees, including advanced scheduling, paid time off, sick leave, and establishing a channel for employees to voice their concerns. Our panelists include: Katie Button (Katie Button Restaurants), Kevan Frazier (Well-Played Board Game Cafe), Brad Philpott (Chestnut), Charlotte Stack (Chai Pani Restaurant Group), and Jamie Wade (Sandhill Kitchen). The conversation will be moderated by Sabrina Presnell Rockoff, Managing Partner at McGuire, Wood & Bissette.
As this event constitutes our annual membership meeting, we will also conduct a vote on potential changes to the bylaws and the election of new members to the Board of Directors. Further details regarding bylaws amendments and a slate of potential board members will be shared prior to the meeting.
