AIR Owner's Only Labor Law Workshop

AIR is hosting a Labor Law Workshop on Tuesday, August 13 from 10-11:30am with local employment attorney, Sabrina Presnell Rockoff of McGuire, Wood & Bissette. Sabrina will review topics including:

1. Fair Labor Standards Act (FSLA) questions, including the new threshold amounts for salaried, exempt workers 
2. New Pregnant Workers Fairness Act Regulations
3. New Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Harassment Regulations
4. New Federal Trade Commission non-compete and National Labor Relations Board non-compete information
