AirFlow Solo: A Self-Suspension Transition Sequence workshop

Thurs., May 14, 2026, 7pm-9:30pm: Instructor: Parker RopeBoi, sequence starting with (optional) single point futomomo, then going into a dynamic transition sequence of face up high kick --> face up lotus --> ball --> running person --> side torsion --> upright kneeling --> inversion lotus --> inversion with extended leg --> partial with one ankle up

A recurring class for experienced self-suspenders ready to expand their self-suspension vocabulary.
Each session of AirFlow Solo focuses on a different self-suspension sequence, with new content every time!
The transition sequences taught at AirFlow Solo sessions often are drawn from presenters' rope performance repertory and contain signature elements or techniques of the presenters.
The presenter will break down specific techniques, mechanics, and flow of moving through the air with intention and control in a specific transition sequence. The presenter can offer modifications or alternatives to the demonstrated version of the suspension sequence where possible, especially in response to participant requests for alternatives.
Skills/Experience required: Prior self-suspension experience is required for all participants.
What to Bring: Participants should bring their full suspension rope kit and suspension gear.
