Description
AirFlow Solo: A Self-Suspension Transition Sequence workshop
Upcoming dates:
Weds., June 17, 2026, 7pm-9:30pm: Instructor: Parker RopeBoi
A recurring class for experienced self-suspenders ready to expand their self-suspension vocabulary.
Each session of AirFlow Solo focuses on a different self-suspension sequence, with new content every time!
The transition sequences taught at AirFlow Solo sessions often are drawn from presenters' rope performance repertory and contain signature elements or techniques of the presenters.
The presenter will break down specific techniques, mechanics, and flow of moving through the air with intention and control in a specific transition sequence. The presenter can offer modifications or alternatives to the demonstrated version of the suspension sequence where possible, especially in response to participant requests for alternatives.
Skills/Experience required: This workshop is not an intro to self-suspension! Prior self-suspension experience is required for all participants. Attendees are welcome to participate according to their skill level and may observe if they do not have the foundational self-suspension skills needed to self-tie the sequence taught in the workshop.
What to Bring: Participants should bring their full suspension rope kit and suspension gear.
