Alastair Greene is one of the leading voices in modern blues-rock, blending Texas grit, California roots, and high-energy guitar work into a powerful live experience. Originally from Santa Barbara and now based in Austin, Greene has built an international reputation through more than two decades of touring, twelve solo releases, and performances alongside some of the biggest names in rock and blues.
A former touring guitarist for the Alan Parsons Live Project, Greene has also shared stages with Sugaray Rayford, Starship featuring Mickey Thomas, Walter Trout, George Thorogood, and Tab Benoit. His albums have earned critical acclaim from DownBeat and Blues Blast Magazine, while his recent releases on Ruf Records have expanded his global audience.
Greene’s latest release, Live in Sin City, captures the raw energy of his live show while opening for George Thorogood & The Destroyers. Combining fiery guitar work, soulful vocals, and blues-infused rock, Greene delivers a sound inspired by legends such as B.B. King, Johnny Winter, Stevie Ray Vaughan, The Allman Brothers Band, and Gov’t Mule while remaining unmistakably his own.
