Alice Paul House will be joining us at the theater to share their mission and resources with the community. Advocates will be on hand to talk to anyone looking for a listening ear or wants more information.
Bras for a Cause will also have a display in the lobby--vote for the best decorated bra! Votes only cost a penny, and part of the proceeds will be donated to The Alice Paul House.
Access to the lobby is free. Admission to the film is $1.00. All admissions will be donated to the Alice Paul House. Please consider an additional donation in support of this organization. A processing fee of $1.00 is included on any tickets bought online.
About the movie: After faking her death in order to flee from her violent husband, Martin (Patrick Bergin), Laura Burney (Julia Roberts) leaves Cape Cod and moves to Iowa, where she adopts a new identity and starts dating a local teacher, Ben Woodward (Kevin Anderson). Martin, meanwhile, unearths evidence suggesting that she isn't dead, and when her mother confirms this, he tracks her to Iowa. He finds Laura and Ben and confronts them, forcing her to fight for her life once again.
