Make this year’s holiday table unforgettable with a lineup of delicious side dishes that go far beyond the basics. In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn to prepare festive recipes that highlight the best of the season—think flavorful twists on classics and creative new favorites that your family and friends will love.
Guided by our Chef, you’ll practice techniques for roasting, braising, and elevating vegetables, grains, and more, while discovering how to balance rich flavors with fresh, seasonal ingredients. By the end of class, you’ll not only have a beautiful spread of sides ready to enjoy but also the skills and inspiration to recreate them for your own Thanksgiving feast.
Experience Options
- Premium Experience: Arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, seltzer, soft drink or themed cocktail/mocktail. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also, spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
- General Admission: Arrive up to 30 minutes before class to meet and mingle with other class participants. Drinks available for purchase - Themed cocktail/mocktail, beer, wine, seltzer, soft drinks, and bottled water.
