An Evening at Hogwarts: The Order of the Phoenix is an immersive adventure which includes an Ollivander’s wand to take on the Death Eaters and attend wizarding classes. Experience a delicious four-course meal while you enjoy the Weasley twins’ departing firework show at the OWLs. There will be opportunities to go head-to-head with Dolores Umbridge and the Ministry of Magic. Browse Hogwarts-themed items from specialty vendors or buy Patronus Luminous lanterns to dedicate to loved ones affected by cancer. In addition to enchanting decor, participants receive local merchandise in their swag bag, can bid on fabulous gifts in the silent auction, and so much more! 

Proceeds from this event are donated to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation Cancer Care Fund.

How to Choose Your House?

This year, both VIP and general ticket buyers will pick their house upon purchase. There is a section where you can include your preference to sit with others/another group.

The Sorting Hat will do his best to accommodate your first choice, but he cannot guarantee it. You will be contacted if we cannot accommodate your first choice. Thank you for your understanding. 

How many tickets can I purchase?

There is a maximum of 4 tickets per ticket order. If you purchase more than 4 in a single order, we will automatically refund all tickets over the initial 4, excluding any associated fees.

An Evening at Hogwarts

We are a dedicated group of volunteers who are committed to raising funds for cancer care. Since the inception of An Evening at Hogwarts, we have raised more than $140,000 to support local cancer care. Our passion for our cause and anything related to Hogwarts runs deep. This event is entirely run by volunteers and depends heavily on donations and volunteer hours.
