Every dish will be thoughtfully paired with La Fata Cellars & Sicilian wines we fell in love with while in Sicily.
The evening will begin poolside with a glass of La Fata Cellars, and Sparkling Rose to toast you, our first wonderful members who helped launch our wine vision this year.
Compliment your sparkling wine with some handmade authentic Sicilian street food bites to warm up the appetite.
It will be an evening of Food & Wine Pairings
A 5-course meal will be prepared by Vito’s family, all the way from Sicily, Husband, and Wife Team Fabio & Claudia Costantino.
