Share Description
We will prepare a real case for trial from start to finish and give you a chance to practice your skills. Everyone will participate in working up the theme, and then folding that into openings/closings, direct examinations and cross examinations. We will also discuss the NEW Intoxilyzer on Friday. And since most cases end up in a plea, Keeley Blanchard will offer you a new focus for your negotiation tactics and sentencing arguments.
Your fee includes continental breakfast and coffee on both days, as well as a box lunch on site on both days. Your fee also includes materials from each presenter, including a print version of a reference book that will be used heavily. The schedule and speaker line up is below:
