Description
On June 21, 2025, JAWS will be 50 years old and Fernandina Fossils will be 6 months old, so we are having a party! We'll be celebrating in style, with raffles for fossils (including a meg!) and your favorite Fernandina Fossils products. We'll have a game of Guess the Teeth in the JAWS 50th Anniversary Jar, with the winner taking home the jar AND the teeth. There will be special prizes reserved for Golden Ticket holders only, so if you don't have a Golden Ticket, stop by the Fossil Center at 508 Ash Street and pick one up. You can also get yours by registering for the event free of charge, and we'll reserve a Golden Ticket for you. There are only 100 Golden Tickets though so be faster than your neighbor! We thank you for coming in after your hunts and showing us what treasures you're finding. We thank you for making the Fernandina Fossils exhibits true community cases by filling them with fossils you found. And thank you for filling the rooms at the Fossil Center with laughter as we've united over our shared love of fossils and the Island. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
