Celebrate one year of Bird Bam Beth with a special Garden Party Open Play!

Join us for an evening of modern mahjong, beautiful scenery, and great company as we celebrate an incredible first year together. We’ll be playing outdoors on the farm if the weather cooperates, with an indoor space available on the property if Mother Nature has other plans. I’ll email all registered attendees the day of the event to confirm our location so you can plan accordingly.

Open play is designed for players who already know the basics of American Mahjong. This is not a lesson, but I’ll be there throughout the event to answer rule questions, help clarify card confusion, and keep games running smoothly.

Please bring your own 2026 NMJL card. If you forget it, don’t worry—I’ll have a few extras available to borrow.

Garden party attire is encouraged (but absolutely not required). Wear your favorite florals, sundresses, hats, or whatever makes you feel festive!

We’re going big for our one-year anniversary celebration! Every attendee will be entered into our anniversary raffle for a chance to win a set of tiles, plus we’ll have additional surprises and giveaways throughout the evening.

Whether you’ve been with me since the beginning or you’re joining your first open play, I’d love to celebrate this milestone with you. Come enjoy an evening of tiles, laughter, and a community that’s grown beyond anything I imagined.
