Join us alongside downtown property owners,  local business owners, community leaders, and champions of downtown, at The Mill Event Center on Thursday, January 22nd to celebrate the accomplishments of 2025 and present awards for Business of the Year, Investment of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Strategic Partner of the Year, and more! Be the first to hear about our vision, goals, and future of Downtown Lancaster and learn what's on the horizon for 2026.  Enjoy delicious food by Provisions, cash bar, and silent and live auctions. Doors open at 5:00PM for networking and program begins promptly at 6:30PM. Cocktail tables and standing room will also be available at Downtown's favorite networking event!

GOALS
• Organize, market, and effectively run special events that draw community members and visitors to downtown businesses and/or foster a sense of community.

• Foster civic pride and keep downtown beautiful through beautification projects.

• Attract and retain businesses to downtown by helping them attract new customers through events and marketing efforts.

• Encourage community involvement through volunteer opportunities during events, on committees, or serving on the Board of Directors.

• Market downtown businesses, museums, and restaurants as a destination to the community and visitors.

• Communicate with and connect interested buyers/renters/sellers/investors.

• Create a business incubator.
