What You Will Learn
Join us for an evening inspired by the spirit, curiosity, and fearless appetite of Anthony Bourdain. This special class celebrates the global flavors and cultural connections that defined his approach to food and travel. Together we’ll explore dishes influenced by the places that shaped his journey, embracing the idea that great food knows no borders.
More than just a culinary experience, this event honors Bourdain’s legacy of curiosity, storytelling, and compassion. In recognition of the conversations he helped bring to light, a portion of the proceeds from this class will be donated to suicide awareness initiatives.

What To Expect
- Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
- Length: Approximately 3 hours.
- Format:Experience: This is not a Hands-On Class. The Chef cooks the meal while you sit back and enjoy. Come with friends or family, mingle at your table, enjoy beverages, and relax in this restaurant-style evening.
- Location: First floor.
- Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
- Menu subject to change.
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
