The theme of this month’s Quarterdeck Member Night is Rum Cask Finishes: Past and Future.
We’re opening the whisky vault and bringing out a celebrated rum cask finished whiskey for members to taste, with bottles available for purchase.
You’ll also get a first look at our upcoming collaboration with the crew of Pride of Baltimore II. This whiskey cask and amburana wood finished Caribbean rum brings layers of cinnamon, vanilla, oak, and adventure.
Join us at the distillery for this first official tasting.
Keeping it on theme, we’ll have Fishnet Food Truck on site all night. Happy hour runs from 4 to 6 PM with half price classic cocktails, and the full distillery, including the courtyard, will be open as we head into warmer days.
