Join us for an immersive Lebanese cooking experience where you'll learn to create delicious and authentic dishes from Lebanon’s rich culinary heritage. In this hands-on class, you'll explore the heart of Levantine cuisine, with a focus on fresh herbs, olive oil, and a variety of spices that define Lebanese food.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Mains: Discover how to make hearty dishes such as kibbeh, shawarma, or a variety of grilled meats and stews, using fragrant spices like sumac, za’atar, and cinnamon.
  • Desserts: Master Lebanese sweets like showcasing the rich flavors of rose water, pistachios, and honey.

  • Hands-On Cooking: You’ll roll up your sleeves and cook alongside an experienced chef who will guide you through each step.

By the end of the class, you’ll be equipped with the skills and recipes to recreate a Lebanese feast in your own home!

  • Premium Experience: Arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, seltzer, soft drink or themed cocktail/mocktail. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also, spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
  • General Admission: Arrive up to 30 minutes before class to meet and mingle with other class participants. Drinks available for purchase - Themed cocktail/mocktail, beer, wine, seltzer, soft drinks, and bottled water.
