Vendors, get ready for Art'r Bart'r! Held in the grassy lot beside Lex Center for Creative Reuse and Luigart Studios, vendors may bring items under $10 to sell or trade with other vendors and event attendees.
We want to keep this event affordable for both vendors and attendees, fees directly support Lex Center for Creative Reuse's fees to hold the event (to rent the venue space and insurance).
Full table - $20
Half table - $10
Blanket -$5
The space will be open at 12:00pm for vendor setup.
Vendors must have their spaces cleaned up by 6:00pm.
The event will open to the public at 1:00pm and run until 5:00pm.
Limited quantities of tables/tents/chairs will be available to rent for somewhere between $10-20 per vendor (more info below).
Any arts, crafts, and accessories can be sold at this event as long as they were individually made by humans (no AI generated items or mass produced items).
Food and drink items are NOT allowed to be sold at this event.
There is a $10 maximum price limit for each individual item being sold at the market. Bartering is encouraged but not mandatory.
You are welcome to bring personal snacks, drinks, and whatever else you need, as long as you clean up after yourself.
Accessibility: The event lot is mostly flat and covered in grass. There is parking near by but parking on the closest streets will likely fill up fast. Some LCCR Volunteers will be available to help carry items from cars to the lot, just let us know in advance so we can be prepared. There is a bathroom located across the street at LCCR...
As a part of your registration, there is a questionaire that you will be required to fill out containing the following agreement.
1Art'r Barter vendors will pay the agreed upon price for their space at the market. This will go straight to the Lex Center for Creative Reuse (LCCR) to cover costs like renting the market space and insurance.
No food is allowed to be sold for food-handling safety reasons.
You must be prepared to set up and clean up.
No means no when it comes to declined bartering offers. It may be a $10 art market, but consent is priceless!

Lex Center for Creative Reuse is a nonprofit brick and mortar creative reuse center located in Lexington, KY. A wide and constantly changing array of art and craft supplies are available for sale. Proceeds benefit supply grants for public school teachers, subsidize providing low-cost, high-value art and craft classes, and creating vibrant and engaging opportunities for community art.
