Wandering Gypsy Artistry is place for Artists, Makers and Art Enthusiasts. It's a Tattoo Studio, a Multimedia Art Gallery, an Intimate Event and Art Show Venue, as well as a Boutique showcasing Local Makers. You can find all types of artwork, artisan crafts, handmade jewelry, gifts and collectibles. Classes and forums are being scheduled now for Monday evenings starting in July, 2019. Description
Enjoy a series with master painter Juliet Lockwood. Juliet studied painting at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Juliet owned the Art Cafe in Alameda called Cafe Muse where she taught art classes, held music events and made delicious food. She regularly travels throughout the states teaching art classes and living the dream.
Juliet will be instructing on various techniques in sketching and painting.
October 7th: Book Binding
October 14th: Drawing Basics - Perspective, Faces, Still Life and Landscapes
October 21st: An introduction to Watercolor
October 28th: Painting with a nude model, an ink and watercolor instruction.
Class space is limited to 10 people, minimum 6. Please RSVP so that we can plan accordingly. Supplies and refreshments will be provided.
This series is $400 for four classes. An Individual Class is $150, or $115 for 2 or more classes. Registration is required prior to class dates so that materials can be obtained in advance.
