What to Expect?
This special Artisan Dinner will bring out the smells and flavors of the holiday season. The Yuletide menu emphasizes traditional holiday dishes with an Artisan Kitchen spin. Come join us and be engulfed by holiday warmth and the smells of goodness and cheer throughout the building. This event is limited to 12 guests that will share a bond over food - "we will break bread and be friends". You can buy one ticket or twelve, but when they are gone - they are gone until the next time.
The menu is prix fixe meaning a chef selected multi-course meal for a set price. We use local, organic, seasonal produce as available - and couple it with culinary creativity and artistic flare - bringing you a beautiful and delicious experience that you will not soon forget. You will get to interact with Chef Jeremy, Joe and the entire BHM crew as we share our love for good food, conversation and community!
Time: Doors open and the social begins at 6:00 pm - dinner seating is promptly at 6:30 pm. Note: Dec 21 social and seating times vary.
Drinks? You Choose! Two drinks are included in the price of the dinner, additional drinks available for purchase. Our sommelier has hand-selected small batch artisan (organic and/or biodynamic) wines and we choose local craft beers for each menu and you may mix and match -or - choose no alcohol and enjoy perfectly paired handcrafted non-alcohol options. Don't like our pairings? No problem - we will have a variety of options to meet your needs. Please note we serve only beer and wine and do not carry soda. Every dinner includes Pilcrow coffee, tea, and Port options with dessert!
