What to Expect?
Come and join us at the "Gathering Table" for a four course chef curated experience. This event is limited to 12 guests that will share a bond over food - "we will break bread and be friends" at our community table. You can buy one ticket or twelve, but when they are gone - they are gone until the next time. The high touch service of this personalized dining experience is like none other.
Art history lecturer, Karri L. Fritz-Klaus, will provide an art history lecture throughout dinner that embodies Monet's art, his food and his wine captured in one "fleeting moment of time". Familiarity with Monet's Table (Cooking Journals) is recommended.
We will use local, seasonal produce - as available - and couple it with culinary creativity and artistic flare - bringing you a beautiful and delicious experience that you will not soon forget. You will get to interact with Chef Jeremy, Joe and the entire BHM crew as we share our love for good food, conversation and community!
Alcohol? You Choose! If you choose to enjoy your meal with alcohol, your dinner will include two paired drinks. We have perfectly paired small batch artisan wines and local craft beers for each menu and you may mix and match -or - choose no alcohol and enjoy two handcrafted mocktails to compliment the dinner. Don't like our pairings - no problem - we will have a variety of options to meet your needs.
