After two decades of dedicated service as Music Director and master organist of Musica Angelica, Martin Haselböck will present a heartfelt farewell organ recital. Join us at the First Congregational Church of Long Beach on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 6 PM, where he will perform on the magnificent 7-rank “Mighty Möller” organ in the FCCLB sanctuary. This event celebrates his remarkable leadership of our esteemed early music ensemble. Proceeds from this benefit concert will support Musica Angelica’s community engagement initiatives, which include:

  • A free Community Concert Series

  • Complimentary concert tickets for K-12 students and their families

  • Site visits to underserved communities and nonprofit organizations

  • Master classes with high school and university orchestral programs

 

Join Us for a Memorable Farewell Performance

Come and celebrate with Martin Haselböck and friends during this unforgettable farewell performance. The concert will feature special guests, including Nola Richardson, Gonzalo Ruiz, Ilia Korol, Alexa Hayes-Pilon, and Stephen Schultz. Additionally, enjoy an engaging interview conducted by Alan Chapman from KUSC. Following the performance, there will be a reception and dinner at La Traviata Restaurant. Space is limited.

Benefit Concert at 6:00 pm

Reception & Dinner at La Traviata at 7:30pm (space is limited)

 

Individual tickets to this special benefit performance will be $100 each, sponsorship packets that include the concert, reception and VIP dinner with special guests are available. Please see details below.

From the early 1980s he has been active as a conductor, both in concert and in operatic performances throughout the world.”
