Party & Play:
TOTAL PRICE IS: $300 + GST during Weekends (2 hours)
- Private event for up to 10 children. $10 for additional child or additional adult (max 20)
- Included with your party is the whole of Rainbow Play Cafe
- Includes open play in our indoor play area for 2 hours
- Our café will be closed to the public but will remain open for adults to purchase beverages and snacks
- Bring your own cake, food (must be nut free), birthday decorations, candles and utensils

How to book your birthday party with us?
STEP 1
Set Your Time Slot
Pick your date and time!
Weekends Availability:
- 9:00AM - 11:00AM
- 12:00PM - 2:00PM
- 3:00PM - 5:00PM
- 6:00PM - 8:00PM
STEP 2
Pay Deposit ($150 plus GST) & Book
There is a $150 + GST non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking.
For booking, please hit the button 'Pay Deposit' on this page, select your date & time slot, and pay deposit using our secure website.

STEP 3
Final Payment ($150 + GST Weekends Rate)
Parties must be fully paid within 7 days before the event date.
To make the final payment, please send us an e-transfer for the amount of $150 dls plus GST ($157.5) if your party is booked on a weekend to hi@rainbowplaycafe.ca (We don't accept PayPal).
Once parties are booked and fully paid for they are 100% non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions
Please note:
- There is a $150 plus GST non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
- If you choose to reschedule your party within 3 months of the original date, you will not have to pay another deposit.
- No alcohol allowed at parties.
- Party must be broken down and all guests promptly vacated the premises by the end of the 2 hours.
- You may occur additional costs if these times are not adhered too.
- Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
