This month at Quarterdeck Whiskey Club, members get first access to Maryland 400 Whiskey, a special collaboration between four Maryland distilleries honoring the Maryland 400—the soldiers whose courageous stand during the Battle of Long Island in 1776 helped inspire Maryland’s nickname, The Old Line State.
Maryland 400 brings together Old Line American Single Malt, Sagamore Rye, McClintock Bourbon, and Baltimore Spirits Co. Rye in a one-of-a-kind blend celebrating Maryland history, craftsmanship, and whiskey. Quarterdeck members will have the opportunity to taste and purchase bottles at the member discount a full week before the public release on August 27.
The night kicks off with classic cocktail happy hour from 4–6 PM, followed by Maryland 400 tastings and early bottle access. Das Bierhalle Food Truck will be on-site throughout the evening, and this month we’re adding live acoustic music in the courtyard from 5–8 PM with California Bob.
