Celebrate the Autumn Equinox with us at Howlite Moon by creating your own Abundance Simmer Pot to take home and enjoy! We’ll provide everything you need, including:
- A bag to fill
- The ingredients of your choice
- An information sheet about the Autumn Equinox
- An instruction sheet for making your simmer pot
All ingredients will be clearly labeled with their magical properties, making this a fun and beginner-friendly experience. The Busy Witch will be there to help answer any questions you may have about the simmer pot or ingredients.
- Tickets: $15 per take-home bag + instruction sheet
- Pre-Order Special: Reserve your kit before 5 PM on 09/17/2025 and receive a FREE Autumn Equinox Candle Kit!
- Day Of: Kits are available on a first come, first serve basis. Pre-orders are guaranteed, and all other guests can stop into Howlite Moon anytime between 11 AM – 5 PM (or while supplies last) to purchase their kit.

If you aren’t able to attend the event but would still like to enjoy the magic of the Autumn Equinox, we’re offering a Shipped Simmer Pot Kit option!
Your kit will include:
- A Simmer Pot Take-Home Bag
- An Autumn Equinox Information Sheet
- An Instruction Sheet
Simply order the "Shipped Simmer Pot" Ticket. Shipping is already included in the cost. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the next steps.
Deadline for shipped kits is 09/15/2025 to ensure delivery before the Equinox. Please note: Shipped kits do not include the FREE Autumn Equinox Candle Kit (available only with pre-orders) or the fresh apple slices provided at the in-person event.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the event but would still like your Simmer Pot Kit, Information Sheet, and Instruction Sheet, we can package and ship them to you—just let us know by 09/17/2025.
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made by 5 PM on 09/17/2025 by emailing thebusywitch.spellbox@gmail.com.
- Important: Refunds will not be issued if you attempt to cancel by messaging us on social media, commenting on event posts, texting, or calling the store. Email is the only valid method for cancellation.
Cancellations made after 5 PM on 09/17/2025 will be refunded in the form of The Busy Witch online store credit.
No-Call/No-Show: If you pre-order and do not show up without contacting us, no refund will be issued.
Please note: If you cancel your pre-order, your FREE Autumn Equinox Candle Kit will be forfeited.
