Autumn Harvest Celebration

Menu: Baked squash stuffed with roasted root vegetables; sautéed greens; rice with goat cheese
Join local legend Marco Davis as he plays in the kitchen! This class will explore the beauty of seasonality in cooking and help build awareness of local growers in our food system. Students will learn how to bake squash in the oven, roast root vegetables, sauté vegetables, and cook rice. As a special addition to our class, students will then have the opportunity to sit down together to enjoy the food that they prepared!
