Autumn Reconnect - Yoga and Meditation Retreat

On Sunday 8 October, Ushaw is having a unique collaboration with one of it's studio holders Stephen Jack (Lone Wolf Vision) to bring you a day of introspection and self care.
 

As the summer high energy period starts to come to a close we have an innate draw towards slowing down and with this comes a natural period of recuperation. In this special one day retreat taking place in our beautiful Historic House & Gardens Stephen, a qualified yoga/meditation teacher, will show you how to connect to your body with restorative yoga postures, then rediscover a sense of inner peace with a beautiful sound bath and guided meditation.
 

Additionally, we have planned a mindfulness walk experience in the surrounding area that allows you to move out of your head and back into direct experience with the world around you.
 

Taking place from 10am - 4pm, here's what's included:
