As the season turns, join us in our sacred circle — the Bear Cave — for a deep meditation of renewal & revitalization with Elsie.
Together we'll gather in community to expand our energy, our thoughts & our space, calling in the medicine of the Autumn Spirit Bear. Elsie will guide the circle through deep meditation and share personal animal spirit messages with each participant — a chance to receive guidance, connection & clarity as we move into the new season.
Feel free to bring any personal items you'd like placed on the altar for charging & blessings during our time together.
