The Food Partnership’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday 1st October in the Conference Room at Community Base, 113 Queens Road, Brighton, BN1 3XG.

6.00 pm Arrival - tea, coffee and juice
6.20 pm AGM Business
- Approval of minutes from previous AGM.
- Thank you to Board member Susanna Salts who is stepping down.
- Election of new Board members - only members can vote
- Report on work of BHFP.
- Adoption of annual accounts (2023/24).
- Announcement of result of elections to Board
- Chance for Questions.
- Close of AGM.
7.00 pm - Following the business of the Annual General Meeting we will have a guest speaker to be confirmed.
7.30 pm – Soup and bread and a chance to catch up with staff, volunteers, Board members and Food Partnership members.
All are welcome but only Members of the Food Partnership can vote at the AGM. Membership is free and open to anyone over 18 years old who lives or works in Brighton & Hove and supports our vision of healthy, sustainable and fair food for all.
