The Food Partnership’s Annual General Meeting  will take place on Tuesday 1st October in the Conference Room at Community Base, 113 Queens Road, Brighton, BN1 3XG.

6.00 pm Arrival - tea, coffee and juice

6.20 pm AGM Business

  • Approval of minutes from previous AGM.
  • Thank you to Board member Susanna Salts who is stepping down.
  • Election of new Board members - only members can vote
  • Report on work of BHFP.
  • Adoption of annual accounts (2023/24).
  • Announcement of result of elections to Board
  • Chance for Questions.
  • Close of AGM.

7.00 pm - Following the business of the Annual General Meeting we are extremely happy to announce that Michael Kennard from The Compost Club will be giving a short talk about their amazing project.

7.30 pm – Soup and bread and a chance to catch up with staff, volunteers, Board members and Food Partnership members.

 

All are welcome but only Members of the Food Partnership can vote at the AGM.
