Welcome back, Papa Ganache students! Class is officially in session, and we’re kicking off the new school year with a fun, hands-on refresher designed to help you feel confident in the kitchen. Join us on September 11, 2026, for BACK 2 BASICS OF BAKING at our dedicated vegan, gluten-free kitchen in Keyport, New Jersey. This welcoming class is a great way to revisit essential techniques, build your baking skills, and enjoy the creative process from start to finish.
You and your favorite Chef Coco will explore the fundamentals of making batter and frostings, practice simple decorating techniques, and work with cookies and cupcakes. Expect helpful guidance, practical tips, and plenty of opportunities to sharpen the skills that make baking more enjoyable and successful. Whether you’re brushing up on the basics or looking for a fresh start in the kitchen, you’ll leave with greater confidence and useful techniques to bring into your own baking adventures.
Due to limited seating and upfront costs of food, preparation, and staffing, our baking and cooking class events are FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE. You are welcome to have someone come in your place if you are unable to attend. This class will take place in our Vegan & Gluten-Free Dedicated Kitchen, 351 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ. We use soy, nuts, corn, and other ingredients that could interfere with you enjoying the class if they are an allergen to you. Please contact lisa@papaganache.com to discuss any allergens that might be of concern prior to registration to ensure that you are able to enjoy the class.
Please wear your hair UP and covered. Prior to class, please remove jewelry, earrings, or anything that could accidentally fall into production. Classes are limited to 8 people, and participants must be 18+ to attend. We are available for children’s classes and private events - just email Lisa at lisa@papaganache.com.
