To start the academic year, the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum invites the public to the Back to School Faire, an open bazaar featuring several active educational organizations and sponsoring partners. For attendees, this is a special occasion to gain admission to the Museum at a discounted rate and see the latest educational offerings in the community and share knowledge and connections along the way as we embark on a new future.
Back to School Faire Schedule
9am - Museum Doors open, staff begins setup
10am - Vendors invited to set up in the West Pavilion open space
11am - OPEN FAIRE - Doors open to the public for registration and check-in
12pm - Lunch distributed by Museum staff as open house continues
1pm - Final hour remains of open house
2pm - CLOSE FAIRE - Vendors begin striking their tables
3pm - Vendors vacate the Museum campus
Discounted Rates for Admission
(Adult = over 18, Seniors = over 55, Child = ages 5-17)
Super Early Bird (ends August 17): $12 Adult, $9 Seniors and Veterans, $7 Child
Early Bird (ends August 31): $18 Adults. $15 Seniors and Veterans, $9 Child
Regular (at the door): $21 Adult, $18 Seniors and Veterans, $11 Child
Children under 5 attend free at the Museum.
For Vendors, we offer a low-cost opportunity for all relevant organizations (non-profit, corporate, etc.) to engage with the Museum community that day.
Attendance is expected to be in the 300+ range for that day, potentially higher due to the event offerings.
We hope to use this as an opportunity to connect with you and see how the Museum can support you this year.

NOTE: Due to space limitations, we will limit our vendor tables to thirty (30) total for the entire Museum.
What are the perks of vending at the Back to School Faire?
Table, black tablecloth, two chairs, and permission to solicit, sell, offer, and collect leads for 3 hours
Power sources available upon request (not guaranteed)
Shared contact information for anyone who opts via sign-up
We also offer a Preferential Placement option for up to five (5) organizations who wish to be placed in optimal Museum locations
