To start the academic year, the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum invites the public to the Back to School Faire, an open house event featuring several active educational organizations in Yamhill County. For attendees, this is a free and accessible way to see the latest educational offerings in the community and share knowledge and connections along the way as we embark on a new future.

Schedule

  • 10am - Vendors invited to set up in the West Pavilion open space
  • 11am - OPEN HOUSE - Doors open to the public for registration and check-in
  • 12pm - Lunch distributed by Museum staff as open house continues
  • 1pm - Final hour remains of open house
  • 2pm - CLOSE HOUSE - Vendors begin striking their tables
  • 3pm - Vendors vacate the West Pavilion open space

Attendees will also be given perks in exchange for signing up for this Faire. Specifics TBD.

For Vendors, we offer a low-cost opportunity to engage with the Museum community on a day likely to bring in hundreds of families. Moreover, we hope to use this as an opportunity to connect with you and see how the Museum can support you this year.

The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum is a world-class center for aerospace education, exhibits, and experiences. As an independent 501 (c)(3) nonprofit , Evergreen is a "community-first" organization that maintains a high standard of excellence. We provide visitors with rare and unique exhibits from air and space exploration such as the Spruce Goose, the F-117 Nighthawk, and the SR-71.  Our mission: to be a perpetual source of curiosity and courage for kids (and adults) of all ages to gain the confidence to take flight.
