Cherry red lipstick, vintage neon, and a soundtrack that doesn't apologize for any of it. Backyard Sessions is turning Red Bird's patio into a retro roadside motel with a backyard blues club problem. Viral sensation KELS headlines, bringing the "dirty blues" sound that's landed her co-signs from Big Boi and Timbaland and a stage at the NBA Finals. She's joined by Vancouver soul powerhouse Rebecca Sichon and jazz-pop crooner Ben Dunnill (who knows over 5,000 songs by heart, try to stump him). This one's going to move fast, grab your tickets.
