Join our master bread baker, Chef Bonnie, for a morning of starters and loaves. She’ll have you cranking out homemade loaves in no time! Each guest will be given the opportunity to take home their own loaf of sourdough to continue proofing and bake at home! Additionally, all attendees of the class will be given the opportunity to take home some sourdough starter to feed, nourish and make future loaves with (and hopefully hand down to your family for generations).

4 Different Types of Sourdough Bread: Traditional Loaf, Seeded/Nut Loaf, Honey Wheat Loaf and Irish Loaf
Grilled Sourdough Bread, Arugula, Goat Cheese and Black Olives
An assortment of baked goods made with sourdough starter: Sourdough Crackers and Sourdough Rye Brownies

Great baking is about more than just recipes—it's about celebrating pastry experiences with a foodie community. In this class, you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructor.
