BANCROFT PRIDE IS BACK AND JOINING FORCES TO BE BETTER THAN EVER! This pride month, join Inclusive Realty Limited, Tweed & Company Theatre, and the Bancroft Village Playhouse in celebrating love in all its forms with BANCROFT PRIDE at the Village Playhouse. Join some of Canada's top queer talent, along with local queens and LGBTQ+ performers and musicians for a crazy fun night of comedy, dance, music and DRAG!  

In partnership with Curtis Sibley and Inclusive realty limited, ALL proceeds go to the Rainbow Award Scholarship, and other initiatives to benefit local LGBTQIA+ youth.

Joining us for our 2023 PRIDE performance:

HEADLINER TOM HEARN: OVER 250,000 FOLLOWERS, TikTok and Instagram famous, you know him from his beloved barefoot contessa or his outrageous Martha Stewart, but you love him for his live comedy appearances! Tom is a sketch comedian, improviser and producer. You can catch him in the hit improv show Hookup at Bad Dog Theatre Company, or his sold out original hit Lipsynced The Show. He is the creator of the sold-out Proud + Funny Festival and the 420 Comedy Festival in Toronto. He also created the queer sketch revue “A Sketch Comedy Extravaganza Eleganza” which was named one of the Top Five Comedy shows of 2018 by NOW Magazine and won the Canadian Comedy Award for Best Live Production. “A Sketch Comedy Extravaganza Eleganza” also played in OFF-JFL in Montreal after a successful run on the Second City Toronto Mainstage. He produces and plays in “Kinsey Fail”, Toronto’s only queer improv ensemble and the award winning touring sketch duo Tom & Erica. He has also been featured on Funny Or Die’s Best of the Web for his sketch “10/17”. He recently toured his 5-star reviewed solo show “SLANG” with multiple performances across Canada.

TWEED & COMPANY Theatre is a registered charity, and is a creator and producer of Original Canadian Musical Theatre, as well as quality professional grassroots regional theatre. The company has been active since the fall of 2009, and has produced several large scale original Canadian musicals, as well as countless other Canadian productions. Tweed & Company is based in Hastings County, and owns and operates The Marble Arts Centre, as well as operating the Bancroft Village Playhouse, and the Tweed & Company Outdoor Stage.
