BASIC IMPROV FOR PERSONAL GROWTH 101 is a 5-week introductory course designed to help you build confidence, strengthen communication, and reconnect with your creativity in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Through warm-ups, group games, and guided exercises, you’ll learn the foundational principles of improv and how they apply to everyday life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, looking to feel more comfortable in social settings, improving active listening, or wanting to communicate more clearly and confidently, this class offers practical tools you can use immediately. You’ll develop skills such as presence, adaptability, mindfulness, self-expression, and collaboration—all while learning to trust yourself and let go of self-judgment. No experience is necessary—just come as you are and be open to the process.
About the Instructor:
Victoria Wagner is the Executive & Artistic Director of Yes, And Story Studio (YASS). She has been performing improv and theater for over 30 years and teaching for over 9 years.
