Day 1

  • Learning to be successful in the tough areas of the ice
  • Winning puck battles all over the ice including
  • In the corners
  • Behind the net
  • In front of the net
  • How to use your body to protect the puck

Day 2

A series of small area games to compliment what was taught/ practiced on day 1
